CONDO/HOA MANAGEMENT SERVICES


A licensed Community Association Manager (CAM) is on staff and readily available to assist the HOA Board of Directors in managing the day to day operations.

MANAGEMENT
  • Coordinate and attend Board and Association meetings
  • Maintain a current list of homeowners
  • Prepare correspondence, newsletters, and other mailings
  • Provide closing document requests from attorneys, title companies and realtors
  • Periodic management reports to include site inspections, financial reports, etc.
ACCOUNTING
  • Maintain the bank accounts for the HOA
  • Collection of monthly assessments and special assessments (if applicable)
  • Delinquency collection
  • Accounts receivable
  • Payment of all monthly invoices
  • Preparation of monthly financial statements and bank reconciliations
  • Detailed review of year-end financial statements
  • Preparation of information for tax return preparation
MAINTENANCE
  • Maintenance staff provided 24/7
  • Perform regular site inspections
  • Schedule preventative maintenance
  • Contract for services such as lawn care, snow removal, security systems, janitorial services, etc.
  • Provide project management for construction repairs/projects
