Myrna began her real estate career in 2005 and holds licenses as a Real Estate Managing Broker and Community Association Manager. Additionally she is an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM) through the Institute of Real Estate Management. In her role as Property Manager, Myrna oversees a portfolio of rental properties and currently manages multiple condominium associations and one cooperative on the University of Illinois campus.
Nikki has been in property management since 2015 and is licensed as a Real Estate Leasing Agent. Nikki is responsible for marketing, processing rental applications, leasing properties, handling maintenance requests and contractor bids. She is the primary contact for DRM’s tenants.
Jerry has been in the maintenance and construction industry since 1984 and is the Maintenance Supervisor for Devonshire Residential Management (DRM). Jerry’s responsibilities include maintenance, on-site inspections, obtaining bids from contractors, and oversight of all projects. He is the primary contact for DRM’s tenants and clients with their maintenance requests.
Building Services Technician
Michael has been in the maintenance field since 2005. His responsibilities include maintenance and on-site inspections. Michael’s experience includes home improvements, appliance repair, and auto mechanics.

Alonso has been in the maintenance field since 2000. His responsibilities include maintenance and on-site inspections. Alonso’s experience includes indoor air quality solutions, basic boiler, electrical and HVAC controls. He is also a certified pool operator.
Jamye has over eighteen years’ experience in accounting. She is responsible for the accounting needs of our single family home clients, including monthly rental collection, security deposits, and owner disbursements. In addition, she handles DRM’s accounts payable.
Director of Accounting
A CPA since 1977, Teri is the director of the accounting team providing the oversight and review of all property management accounting needs. She is responsible for her team providing timely, accurate, and detailed financial data to our clients on an ongoing basis. Teri’s expertise includes interacting with our clients and tax provider to streamline the tax preparation process.
Valerie has over 20 years of accounting experience and is responsible for the accounting needs for one of our largest clients. Her duties include monthly rental collection, security deposits, owner disbursements, and preparation of monthly financial statements.
Katie joined the team in 2014 as an accountant. She handles the accounting aspects for the condominium associations and is responsible for the collection of monthly HOA fees, accounts payable, and preparation of the monthly financial statements.
With over 20 years’ of accounting experience Terri rejoins the team as an accounting assistant. She handles bank deposits, accounts receivable, accounts payable and delinquent accounts. She also provides general accounting support.
